About Dr. Goldberger
Dr. Goldberger moved to Alaska from Fort Collins, CO after finishing her undergraduate degree in Public Health in 2006. She initially moved to Bethel, Alaska where she worked in healthcare administration and public health at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation. She travelled regularly to remote villages on the Yukon-Kuskokwim delta and her interest in medicine was solidified. She decided to go back to medical school and graduated from the University of Washington as an Alaska WWAMI student in 2015. She completed her four-year residency at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas in 2019 and had been working at Women’s Care of Alaska ever since. Her passion lies in providing care to, and advocating for, all women especially in rural parts of the state. She has been traveling to Kodiak since 2022 to staff a Gynecology clinic at the Providence Kodiak Specialty clinic. Her partner is also a physician and travels regularly to remote parts of the state to provide medical care. They enjoy time together, outside, off the grid just enjoying all Alaska has to offer.
