She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and worked in pediatrics, maternal/child medicine and labor and delivery, before pursuing her FNP education. Katie received her Master’s Degree from a community-based nurse midwifery and family nursing education program, at Frontier Nursing University, where she became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Katie loves caring for women and promoting wellness during major life transitions including adolescence, pregnancy, and menopause.
