Enjoyed reading the reviews! I saw Dr Counts in Jacksonville, FL. She sounds like the same caring, compassionate person she was when I saw her in the 1990’s. I hated to see her move!

If you’re looking for a clinic that acts with compassion and true concern with a slower pace, I highly recommend Women’s Care of Alaska. With years of complications and being mistreated by other healthcare “professionals” feeling rushed, overbooked and un heard it was a breath of fresh air meeting Dr. Byrne and staff. Unfortunately there are not many health care offices you can walk in to these days without receiving attitude. I applaud Womens Care of Alaska for changing that narrative!

I would recommend this OBGYN to everyone! Love the Physicians , love the nurses, love the staffs. I’ve seen a few different doctors but out of all of them I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Counts! She’s heaven sent alright . She makes you want to come back to the office even when you don’t have to be there . A lot of people dislikes going to the doctors office to get checked up but with Dr.Counts she makes me want to come even when I don’t have to be there lol it’s Just the way she treats her patients. I’d say it’s the same care a kid gets from its own mother . She’s so polite! She hears you out. She goes over and beyond for her patients . She treats everyone equally. I’ve never seen her irritated or mad . She’s always happy. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with the other Physicians, it’s just Dr.Counts is by far my favorite. team beside her at WCAK are also very welcoming and polite. The facility itself is beautiful, well kept, clean, and stocked.

The office is efficient yes! The Physician was excellent. She certainly understood what the problem was and what might be done.

So I went to this OBGYN after finding out I was pregnant. My daughter is now 15 months but this OBGYN was amazing. The place is nice and clean and the doctors were all really nice. Now that I moved, no other OB can compare. The ultrasound techs really took their time getting good pictures of my baby so I can see her face and also gave me 3D prints. My new OB usually just does what's needed and not as caring of my experience. While the office was closed, the after hours nurses all made me feel cared for as well. They also helped me through postpartum depression which made me feel way better and allowed me to be a better mom. I'm forever thankful for this OBGYN and their amazing staff. Thank you so much!

Women’s Care of Alaska is amazing. Their staff takes their time with you and are so kind. The clinic is clean, organized, and made for all women. The doctors are accommodating and will work with you to find the right medication, procedure, or treatment to fit your needs.

My wife and I both received the best care at Women’s Care of Alaska from all the doctors. They listened and graciously answered any questions we had throughout pregnancy and postpartum. As an LGBTQ family healthcare can sometimes be a challenge and feel intimidating but everyone at Women’s Care was amazing. Especially Dr. Cruz and Dr. Counts who delivered our kids. A big shout out to the support staff too - they are so kind and learn your name so fast!

Dr Wynd Counts is heaven sent. Her patient care, medical skills and bedside manner is top tier. She is the most genuine, informative, caring and humble woman I've met in my life. I have seen her for 6 years and have had 3 beautiful children with her help. She has saved my life many times. My family are indebted to her. If you ever need the help or guidance of an OBGYN, especially if you are an anxious person, I recommend seeing Dr. Counts! You will always feel heard, be given the time to talk and concerns validated with reason. The team beside her at WCAK are also very welcoming and polite. The facility itself is beautiful, well kept, clean, and stocked. Parking is easy and plenty available outside. Access to Level 2 can be made via elevator or stairs. It is a little bit of a walk when you are heavily pregnant, so allow some time before your appointment.
